What We Expect from Our Clients
Clients engaging our services are required to:
- Provide complete and accurate information in a timely manner 
- Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive records 
- Respond to our information requests to enable timely and accurate service delivery 
- Retain records as required under Australian tax law 
- Comply with all relevant taxation and employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act, Superannuation Guarantee laws, and other applicable regulations 
- Refrain from knowingly supplying false or misleading information to us or to government authorities 
Failure to meet these obligations may prevent us from continuing to represent you or may result in discontinuation of our services.
Our Ethical and Professional Obligations
As a registered tax agent, Jupiter Tax adheres to the Code of Professional Conduct under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009, which includes:
- Acting with honesty and integrity 
- Complying with all relevant taxation laws 
- Acting in the best interests of our clients, except where this would contravene the law 
- Maintaining professional competence through ongoing professional development 
- Ensuring client confidentiality at all times 
- Properly supervising staff and any outsourced service providers 
- Implementing effective administrative and quality assurance procedures

Key Matters for Disclosure

- Jupiter Tax and its principals have no suspensions, restrictions, or disciplinary actions recorded with the Tax Practitioners Board 
- There are no known matters that could reasonably be expected to influence your decision to engage or continue to engage our services 
If any such matters arise in the future, this disclosure will be updated within 30 days, in line with our obligations under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009.
